About Open Heart Wellness

For years, I felt trapped in an endless cycle of emotional eating. I turned to food for comfort when I was stressed, overwhelmed, or simply exhausted. I'd promise myself that "tomorrow would be different," that I'd eat healthier, have more willpower, and finally feel in control. But no matter how hard I tried, I always found myself back in the same place - frustrated, ashamed, and wondering what was wrong with me.

It took a long time to realize that food was never the real problem. The problem was the way I had learned to disconnect from my body - ignoring hunger cues, silencing my emotions, and believing that my worth was tied to how I looked or what I ate.

When I finally let go of the guilt and started listening to my body, everything changed.

I stopped obsessing over what I "should" or "shouldn't" eat and started focusing on nourishment, not punishment. I embraced holistic wellness - learning how powerful food, herbs, and mindful self-care could be in supporting my body instead of fighting against it. And most importantly, I learned that healing isn't about restriction of control - it's about trust, compassion, and reconnecting with yourself.

That's why I created Open Heart Wellness - as a space for women like you who are ready to break free from emotional eating, heal their relationship with food, and nourish themselves in a way that feels good.

Why Tea?

Tea became a powerful ritual for me on my journey to healing. It wasn't just about drinking something warm - it was about slowing down, creating a moment of peace, and offering myself care in the simplest way. I realized that herbs are powerful healers, and blending teas with specific wellness benefits became a way for me to support both body and mind.

Now, I share that same comfort with you through my handcrafted loose-leaf teas, blended with intention to help with digestion, energy, stress relief, and overall well-being. Each cup is a small but meaningful act of self-care - a reminder that you deserve to feel nourished, supported, and whole.
